Join RAD fit yoga at the Meeting House, every Thursday night at 6pm in July. Please remember to bring a yoga mat! In this class, students will connect their breath to their movements while flowing from pose to pose. The class is designed to build strength and flexibility while encouraging each student to work to their own individual edge. Your instructor will lead you through a variety of poses to provide a challenging total body workout that will energize you, increase your heart rate, and make you sweat!
